UNIT ONE

Upon completion of this class, you should be able to:

  1. Integrate 4 exercises with the ankles in DF in the rehabilitation program of a college athlete with a LE injury.  
  2. Integrate 4 exercises with ankles in PF in the rehabilitation program of a college athlete with a LE injury.  
  3. Identify 3 muscle groups that are more active with ankles in DF. 
  4. Identify the one muscle group that is more active during exercises with ankles in plantarflexion.
  5. Relate 2 measures of data re: gluteal and HS EMG activity during any variation of exercises that were presented.
