UNIT ONE

  1. Upon completion of this course, the participant should be able to design a protocol that includes 4 exercises with the ankles in DF for a college athlete in a rehabilitation program following an LE injury.
  2. Upon completion of this course, the participant should be able to develop a protocol that includes 4 exercises with ankles in PF for a college athlete in a rehabilitation program following a LE injury.
  3. Upon completion of this course, the participant should be able to propose 3 muscle groups that are more active with ankles in DF.
  4. Upon completion of this course, the participant should be able to verify the one muscle group that is more active during exercises with ankles in plantarflexion.
  5. Upon completion of this course, the participant should be able to Compare 2 measures of data re: gluteal and HS EMG activity during any variation of exercises discussed.
